Once your purchase has been shipped from our warehouse in Helsingborg, you will receive an email with information about the tracking number and tracking status.


You can make a return within 14 days from the day you received the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt (order confirmation) or proof of purchase is required.
