Complaint
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective in any way, you have the right to make a complaint about the product.
In the event of a complaint, we want you to email us immediately upon discovery of damage or defects in the product to info@nordicsmycken.se.
You must state in the e-mail that it concerns a complaint and state your name, address, e-mail and order number. In the e-mail, you must also describe the defect regarding the product that you discovered.
We will rectify the problem or supply you with a similar product, but if we are unable to do so we will of course issue a full refund immediately.
