You can make a return within 14 days from the day you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If Nordic Jewelry's seal or tag is broken/removed, we do not accept returns.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, a receipt (order confirmation) is required or a proof of purchase.
Follow the following steps when returning.
- Send an E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org where you enter "Return" as the heading. Please write in the email; First & last name, your e-mail, order number and your address. Write in the email the reason for your return and which products it applies to. Wait for a response from us via E-Mail before completing the return.
- You are responsible for the return cost. You must ensure that the product reaches us safely and that the product has not been used. Any labels must remain. If Nordic Jewelry's seal or tag is broken/removed, we do not accept returns.
- When we receive your return, we will investigate and ensure that the products have not been used. If the product is not in original condition, a refund will not take place.
